About Fiona
Fiona, a certified pilates instructor, grew up in Sydney, Australia, and has lived in San Diego for 15 years. When not teaching Pilates she enjoys swimming, hiking and singing. She believes that a healthy body and mind are key elements to achieving a happy life and encourages her clients to do the same.
