"I was lucky to be a naturally skinny kid, and had no problem with my weight until I turned 40. When I started getting a little flabby around the waist I dieted, exercised more, and even joined Weight Watchers. But last year I realized I needed to do more, and it's now obvious to me that working with a trainer at Science Fitness is the best way to control my weight, increase my muscle mass, and improve my over-all health.
I could not be making these important improvements without my trainer's help. He pushes me to my limit on the weights, but never over-does it. Thanks to his help, I can now bench press 20 percent more than when I started. That's probably the only reason I can still beat my teen-age son in arm-wrestling!
My Trainer has developed a routine for me that works all my muscle groups, and he also has me do agility exercises that keep me limber and give me a solid cardiac workout. Plus, I get free advice on diet and general fitness.
