I started my personal training with Mike Jensen at age 75 (now I'm 83). We have been working together for eight years.

I have gained immeasurably in agility, balance, stamina and strength. My family is very pleased with my improvement as I am. Also I enjoy it! Meeting the challenges, my association with Mike and others I meet there, being proud of what I (with help) have accomplished.
