Personal training is an investment in my life. I'm not old but I'm also not young. Today, I have to keep up with two teenagers, one who towers over me. I want to be active, capable, and feel good about myself. I can't afford to make mistakes and hurt myself. Personal training with Science Fitness assures I maximize my time and effort.
When I'm asked if I get my money's worth from Science Fitness. I answer without hesitation, Absolutely! How important is your health, your well-being, your time wrestling with your kids, or just feeling good? That is the real question.
