If you've thought about it more than once, then it's time to just do it. One morning I told myself it was time to start working out. I put myself on auto pilot and marched into Science Fitness, bought the package that cost the most (but then made each session cheaper) and got on a thrice a week schedule.
NEVER ONCE did my trainer, Mike, make me feel like a loser for letting my body get so out of shape and fat. He simply encouraged the things I could do and then pushed me a little bit further.
I forgot how great it feels to be strong. I feel limitless in my strength now and love the delicious just-worked-out feeling afterwards. I also love training with my friend.
