What to expect from your first session:- At your first session your trainer will review with you your health and fitness history and goals gathering information necessary to develop a personalized program for you that will scienctifically address and improve your health through all four recognized components to fitness:

- Body Composition

Step 2 - Choose a package
Services may be purchased individually or as a package for greater savings.
Standard Packages are available in 10,20,30 & 40 packs along with Specialty Packages that conveniently combine our professional services at a special rate.
